Paneer Roll


 Here's a recipe for Paneer Roll:

Ingredients:

- 200g paneer, grated or crumbled

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 1 large tomato, finely chopped

- 1 green chili, finely chopped 

- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 4-6 whole wheat for chapatis

- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.

5. Add the grated or crumbled paneer to the mixture and stir well until everything is combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Warm the chapatis on a pan or in the microwave.

7. Place a portion of the paneer mixture in the center of each chapati. 

8. Roll the chapati tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.

9. Secure the roll with a toothpick if necessary.

10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your Paneer Roll!
