CHICKEN 65


 Here's a simple recipe for Chicken 65:

Ingredients:

- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tablespoons red chili powder

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1 tablespoon cumin powder

- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons cornflour

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- Oil for frying

- Curry leaves for garnish

- Sliced green chilies for garnish

- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. After marination, add cornflour and all-purpose flour to the chicken pieces. Mix until the chicken is well coated with the flour mixture.

3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai for frying. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken pieces in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

4. In a separate pan, heat a little oil and add curry leaves and sliced green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

5. Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss them with the curry leaves and green chilies until well coated.

6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your Chicken 65!
